RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistant in Coordinating daily scheduling
• Customer Service - Communicate effectively with clients and employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction (quality and timely delivery) and budget objectives are met
• Answer phone calls and convert into sales
• Follow up with leads to work on converting into sales
• Marketing for new business – making outgoing sales calls

REQUIREMENTS

eMaids is looking for a true professional who is serious about their work, and is extremely customer service oriented.
Candidate must have:

• 5 yrs of sales exp (must be comfortable with ingoing & outgoing sales).
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong follow up skills
• Office administrative experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Very detail-oriented and follows tasks and projects through to completion
• Be a fast learner
• Be a team player
• MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be available to start immediately
